1. Introduction
Welcome to Trady Assist. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trady Assist website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Trady Assist ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting a job, listing products, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
3. Use of the Platform
Trady Assist connects tradespeople ("Tradies"), customers, and suppliers to help manage jobs, quotes, invoices, and product orders. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Platform in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
- Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes.
4. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Jobs, Quotes, and Payments
Trady Assist provides tools for customers to request jobs, and for Tradies and suppliers to submit quotes and invoices. Trady Assist is not a party to any agreement formed between customers, Tradies, and suppliers, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any job, product, or service listed or booked through the Platform.
6. Supplier Listings and Products
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including pricing, availability, and descriptions. Trady Assist reserves the right to remove any listing that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Subscriptions and Fees
Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the point of sale.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Trady Assist or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trady Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm Trady Assist, other users, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
